1 Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Psyched! Radio (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information obtained solely through the ticket-holder opt-in feature on the DICE partner platform (mio.dice.fm). It applies only to marketing communications for events promoted by Psyched! Radio via DICE.
2 Information We Collect
When you purchase tickets to a Psyched! Radio–promoted event on DICE, you will be offered the opportunity to opt in to receive marketing emails from Psyched! Radio. If you choose to opt in, we collect:
• your full name
• your email address
• the event(s) for which you purchased tickets
We do not collect any additional personal data (payment details, address, phone number, etc.) via this opt-in.
3 How We Use Your Information
With your consent, we use your name and email to send you:
• news and updates about upcoming Psyched! Radio events and related promotions
• exclusive offers, discount codes or presale links for future shows
• occasional surveys or requests for feedback on our events
We will never use your email for purposes unrelated to Psyched! Radio events or share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
4 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (opt-in) under applicable data protection laws. You are free to withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).

Opt-out
• Every marketing email from us will include an unsubscribe link. Clicking that link or emailing [email protected] will remove you from our mailing list within 72 hours.
Your rights
• You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
• If you are a California resident, you may exercise additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act by emailing [email protected].
7 Data Retention
We retain your name and email address only for as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will purge your data from our active and backup systems within 60 days.
8 Security
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. Our service providers employ secure, encrypted connections (TLS) and maintain SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.
9 Changes to This Policy
